My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Basic package, I plan to launch my store today. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks in schedule.
I customized the theme, added products, everything Looks perfect. But now I can’t login! Please help me. My ticket is 31476234

I understand after customizing your store and selecting the Shopify Basic Plan your store became unavailable. Understandably, I know this situation is not ideal but rest assured I’ll share what steps you can take in order to have this looked into.
In your post, you shared a ticket number that was created when you reached out to our support team. In order to receive account-specific information for your store, you’ll need to reply directly to the existing ticket you’ve provided.
