Why is my online store suddenly unavailable?

Hello.
I own a store and it suddenly stopped working. It says that the store isn’t available.

I thought that it could be some issues with the domain or the theme, but I checked both and everything seems alright. I don’t know what else to try, I need help and there’s no way to reach Shopify to ask for help.

Please help me, otherwise I will have to open a Jump seller store.

While we can’t see your account information here over the Shopify Community, our support team can look into this with you if you reach out to us through this page. It sounds like you’re still able to log in to your account, but if you’re unable to log in when you visit that page you can click the “Can’t log in to your Shopify account” > “I still can’t access my account” options to continue to the available support options.

In this case I’d also recommend you double check your Shopify admin or email account for any notifications or emails from Shopify. Typically if there is an issue with your store we will reach out to you over email with more context and/or any next steps to resolve the issue.
