Why is my online store unavailable for two days?

Dear Shopify,

I don’t understand why my store is currently unavailable. It has been like that for two days and it doesn’t even allow me to select a monthly plan for my store. My hands are tied and so I don’t know how to solve that technical issue.
Best regards,

Charbel.

Hi there, @Charbelll !

Thank you for your post, I’m happy to help.

I first recommend reading over our FAQ document which provides some context on why your store may be unavailable. If you still have questions once you read over that, you can contact our live support team. I’m unable to provide account-specific support through the Shopify Community, but if you reach out through the Help Center, we can definitely review your account. When it comes to reaching out to our live support line, I’ll provide some steps here to make it easier:

  1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
  2. Log in (recommended) or select I don’t have an account if you’re unable to log in
  3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
  4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hello @Charbelll
Glad to help you today.

If your Shopify store is unavailable, it may be due to a number of reasons, including:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There may be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you are unsure why your store is unavailable, please contact Shopify Support for further assistance.

I hope the above is useful to you.
Best regards,
GemPages Support Team
