One of my orders keeps saying on hold underFulfillment status, I’ve tried requesting fulfillment but it is automatically declined everytime, On printify one of the items on the order is in production and the other was cancelled
As Printify is a third-party app that operates outside of the Shopify platform, you’ll need to contact their support team directly so that they can investigate your orders in more detail from their end. You can find Printify’s contact details at the bottom of their app listing here.
In the meantime, I managed to locate Printify’s help guide here, with more information on the different order statuses and their meaning. There’s a specific section for cancelled orders, which should provide you with more explanation as to why your order was cancelled. If you still require further clarification after reading the guide though, do get in touch with Printify’s support team as mentioned.
