Why is my order not shipping despite having set general shipping rates?

i already setup my rates in GENERAL SHIPPING RATES, but whenever i try to checkout it always says this order cant be shipped to the address you entered. I tried checking out with different addresses with 300km differenece and still says the same error. All of the produtcs are already included in that shipping profile and i don’t know what i am doing wrong.

then I tried turning local delivery, only then it works! but i dont need the local delivery restricting up to 100miles delivery range, i want the general shipping profile that ships anywhere in my country (all of the regions icluded) so i turned the local delivery off.

@lokisanae this sounds like there’s no shipping and delivery profile for the location.

can you go to setting in the bottom left and click Shipping and delivery?

make sure you sent shipping rates, service, and transit time or free shipping.

Make sure a shipping profile is enabled for all markets you want to sell and ship to
