this morning i tried to place my first order with doba. my order did not transfer from shopify to doba. i wa told that shopify has takin down dobas app. and that they wre attempting to fix it. on my shopify ad min page it says they are having a issue with orders. can anyone help with info. what the heck is going on?

The Doba - Dropshipping app is currently accessible in the Shopify App Store. I hadn’t heard about the app maintenance, but it looks like the issue might be resolved now.
I was browsing Doba’s Help Center here and saw a note in the FAQ section that says “You will need to set the connections up manually in order for Doba to automate the orders, quantity, price, etc.” So once you’ve exported products to Shopify, you return to your Doba account and go to My Products > Connection to continue the process. If you’ve already done this and still need help syncing your order, I recommend contacting the app developers so they can review your settings and troubleshoot with you if necessary.
Are you still seeing a note in your admin regarding orders? If so, let me know what it says and I’ll see if I can find some more information for you.
