my Shopify page has been showing ssl pending for days now . What could be the problem ?

Just to gather some additional context, did you purchase this domain directly off of the Shopify platform? Or, is this a third-party domain that has been connected to your online store? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation.
Typically, it can take up to 48 hours for the SSL to be approved on the third-party domain. I did notice that you specified that it has been pending for days.
