Why is my paid 'File Optimizer' app still showing as trial version?

Hey there i just paid for an app called ‘File Optimizer’ 24.99$.I got charged but in my app store the app shows that it’s still in trial version.If anyone can help would be great.Thanks

I would recommend some basic troubleshooting to begin with such as logging out/in and clearing your cache.

If the issue persists, please connect with the app’s support directly by selecting ‘Apps’ in your admin then selecting ‘Get support’ next to the app in question like so:
