So I paid for the website to be up and it has been up for a week but recently I went to the site and it’s not showing up.

- Please share your store URL.
- Please provide a screenshot of what you see when navigating to your website.
- Are there any error messages/banners within your Shopify admin?
- Have you received any email correspondence from our support team?
- Can customers replicate the issue?
- To confirm, have you removed your online store password?
