That is certainly not ideal to have your store go down after just paying for your Shopify bill.
Are you able to login to your store admin at all? Perhaps there are some error messages or warnings there that could explain what is happening?
Also, you may have received an email from us containing more information - I would recommend checking your inbox, and also making sure it didn’t end up in the spam or junk folder. Replying to this email will be the most efficient way to resolve this issue on your store.
