Why is my payment gateway not working on my ecommerce site?

Hi,

My shopify Site is not able to take payments. I tried various browsers, resetting my cache and various gateways, I switched to another country to try shopify payments. none of it worked. I think my site is bugged. How can I fix this?

It says credit card and bank payments are currently not available please refresh or come back later. However, this is the bogus test payment so it should always work. I look for shopify status and everything seems to be working fine.

I tried using my bank as well, neither did that work.

When I try to login into shopify it doesn’t even show my website, I have to follow the link manually to get there:

I think my site is bugged and I really need help to get it fixed.

I believe we will need to access your account to investigate what is going on here.

Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent. Selecting the topics is essential - not doing this correctly will result in appearing to be"stuck in a loop". Try selecting the options “account” then “logging in” then scroll down - here you’ll see the live chat option. Thanks!
