I just went live with my store received 3 orders in total.
The first 2 went thru like normal and they paid with PAYPAL. I also see the funds in my paypal account and finance page.
The 3rd one got labeled as " Your payment gateway was in test mode when this order was created."
Come to realized that the payments are still in test mode, so I turned it off but this order remains the same status.
I’m not sure how the first 2 orders cleared and is ready to be fulfilled.
But I am not sure if the third one is good to go.
Looking at the timeline of the transaction, it says that they paid using American Express via Apple Pay, and that I will receive payout in the next 5 days. That doen’t sound right to me, so if anyone can help in resolving this.
I definitely do not want to hassle my customer and play around with this order, as I am still new to this.
