Is anyone else experiencing this at the moment? I had someone place an order on Thursday, January 26. I didn’t receive payout email until Monday the 30th, which I thought was odd because I usually receive it the next business day. Then on Tuesday, money was not there. I waited another day, still nothing. So on Wednesday, I contacted support and they were no help. Just told me to wait another day and contact them if I still haven’t gotten it. It has now been a full week and still no payout. The customer paid via Shopify installments. Hoping to get some clear answers here from staff or see who else is having the same issue!
