It is all through Shopify. And the terrible customer support continues… I’m going on 10 days with an escalated support ticket and no response. ALL Shopify staff says the same copy and paste answer. They are withholding funds for zero reason and don’t care the slightest bit about it. Shopify claims to be the company to help small business, How can small businesses support payroll when they can’t get their money from their sales..??
