Yes it has been resolved and my payouts are deposited within a week. Longer than I expected, but it’s ok lol.

I am also not getting payouts. The help support link you provided doesn’t help because they say they are not authorized to do anything in this area. Here is a direct quote from them, “please keep in mind that here at general support we are limited when it comes to fix your payouts situation”. They claim to escalate it to a different team where nothing ever happens and there is no contact information provided to reach this team.
