With regards to your inquiry, we always refer you back to the ongoing ticket that you have with one of our internal teams. To assist you further, are you able to tell us what is happening in this situation?
We always ask that you give our teams time to respond to your issues accordingly. The fact that you have an ongoing ticket with them means that someone is directly and currently handling this matter for us. Just because we have yet to get a response does not mean otherwise. If the timeline they have expressed for a resolution has passed however, you are more than welcome to respond again to that email thread for more information or an update. They are the best team to inquire on what is happening as they are already able to discuss store specific information with you which we are not able to access over social channels.
