We are having the same issue, did you figure out how to fix it?

My company is having the same issue across all store pos locations. We are missing out on sales and only able to accept cash. I also am unable to get ahold of shopify support via call, still on hold. If anyone ahs a solution please advise!

I talked to Shopify 45 minutes ago and they said its a problem across the board currently. They said they hope to get it back up and running in the next half hour but again, that was 45 minutes ago and ours is still down.

2024 now and problem still persists. Driving myself and our bookkeeper nuts! Shopify please fix :slightly_smiling_face:

I was able to get a test payment through Shopify POS by activating test mode on Shopify Payments and then using the Credit card (manual entry) payment option: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments/testing-shopify-payments Hope it works for you!
