@JohnGough , It is because the wine is not in that collection. It is in a collection named 'Fortified’ . Check for that collection and it will appear. If you want to put it inside the Fortified-wine then you should explicitly add it. You can also ensure that it gets added due to auto tagging

No I dont want it to appear in that collection however when you look on the live site it does? It appears in the collection Fortified but not on the site page. The auto tagging is placing it into the right collection but it is not populating in the correct page on the live site.

There are 2 separate issues a) It doesn’t appear where it should appear and the cause is You are probably looking at two different collections Fortified-wine and Fortified and this is the source of first confusion in my view. b) It appears where it is not supposed to appear I think here also you…

So all the responses with the solution are just hidden ads? “contact for help”, but don’t show the solution. I couldn’t agree more with you. I’m so annoyed wasting my time reading this post and all comments and nothing really shows! In fact such questions should be answered directly by Shopify staff. The comments on this post remind me of the “support” AI and its often useless responses.
