Why is my product image on Kala Babies version 1.0 appearing blurred?

Hi,

https://ekmest.com/ we are using “Kala-babies-01-r11 - Kala Babies version 1.0” The problem is in the product detail page the product image is blurred as displayed and when you zoom it will give you a tiny size thumbnail. Please check the compressed file attached to view the sample image of the issue.

Hello, it seems like the images used for product pages are in fact thumbnails. That’s why they look blurred, since each image is stretched to a bigger viewport. I would double check the uploaded images.

Hi, thank you for your response. Please check the attached file. Those are the original image that we use. If all of it are thumbnails how do we take picture that isn’t a thumbnail?

Your image are being cropped and resized through code.

Hello Savior,

Unfortunately I did not get the green light to grant the request for collaboration. Anyhow, is there another way on how you can instruct me to fix. Or maybe possible to send you a screenshot of the codes and whatever you find incorrect i will change it from my end according to your instruction provided.
