Hello. Why is both my product page and my featured product not showing up in preview mode, but it is when I’m in “Customize” mode? The product page gives a “404 Page Not Found” message and the featured product on my home page is the standard example instead of my product.

Thanks for the reply! The only option I can choose is “Default Product”. Is there a way to add my product to that list?

If the template is already correct this is weird. Is the product a draft? Or is it active?

The product is active. I also tried removed and added the “Featured Product” section. It’s weird that it shows up fine on the customization stage but doesn’t on the preview stage. I also get a “404 page not found” on the product page during the Preview stage but not during the customization stage.

Can you send me a screenshot of your whole customization page? And a link or screenshot from your preview?
