If this is a recent issue this could be several things, if you recently changed theme settings such as adding content blocks turn off that setting or remove those blocks installed an app you may need to uninstall or disable the app or contact that apps support uninstalled an app there may be left …

Thank you very much that work great but now I still have one other question so as u can see in the picture below where it says (Similar Products) It’s in a different language & that’s the only part of the theme I can’t seem to figure how to edit please any tips would be greatly appreciate

@Bennie01 - check online store->themes->Actions->languages and check products tab to find if you have in it… else we will need to check code

@Bennie01 - then may not be in languages settings… then we need to check code for this particular section, please check recommended products section in theme files
