My URL https://www.bioayurveda.in/products/complexion-care-tinted-moisturiser-face-creme in Google indexed three times in Google with different title and description. Please resolve my issue of indexing ASAP

have you changed the title or the meta description recently? This could be one reason. The other reason is that Google can overwrite the title and meta description to better suit the search query. This basically mean that Google is just looking for the best title and meta description for your product/page.
