Why is my product variant not displaying correctly in Shopify?

i have create a shopify product varaint using Variant metafield definitions(https://prnt.sc/o8e63Gmt6zlh),
but i facing some issue on this variant displaying,
it is not displaying on product when i add variant value in the product, but whenever i duplicate the same product then variant value is display,
can you give any idea or information why it has happened?

= It happens only when i’m edit the already created product variant, if i create a new product and add the variant value then its working well

    = (first one is actual product in which variant are not displaying

    = (second one is the duplicate of first product in which product variant is working well)

= this are product variant which is created using shopify variant metafields option

How did you add/edit variants? Is it via Shopify admin UI?

Sounds like when you edit variant - some values are either not populated or got overwritten.

If you’re doing this va Shopify admin’s product variant screen, suggest you carefully review/compare the two scenarios and see if there’re critical values (e.g. variant option value) are missing in the edit case.
