I never had this problem until a few months ago. When creating a draft order, I start typing in the “search products” box. A pop-up window opens that allows me to checkmark the products I want to add.

The problem is, the window has gotten so small that I can barely see the variants. There is enough room to see the main product but not the variants. This makes it nearly impossible for me to select a specific variant.

I’ve tried 3 different devices & 2 different browsers. All the same problem. Shopify support hasn’t been any help. I’m getting desperate because it’s becoming very difficult for me to create draft orders now. Any suggestions?

I contacted support and was told this:

The reason why elements are appearing a bit small right now is due to a recent update to Shopify’s interface. This change applies to all merchants. On the otherhand, as an alternative, you could check your browser’s zoom level. If it’s set to less than 100%, it can make elements on the page appear smaller than they are. Please ensure your browser’s zoom level is set to 100% for optimal viewing.

I contacted Shopify and their answer was as Carol Lavinthal wrote. To just
zoom out the view on the browser. Not really a solution but it works well
enough so that I’m not completely frustrated when setting up a draft order
anymore.

I am having same issue and i am somewhat worried for my windows installation. Hopefully it is not something very serious.
