This means that we are unable to check into your order status or advise on the current whereabouts of the products, as each business is directly responsible for the running of their own store.

However, I would like to try to help you out here as much as possible. I checked the link you provided of retrogames-pt.myshopify.com and I can confirm I am seeing the same error message of ‘This store is unavailable’. While you wouldn’t normally expect to see this on a store, it could simply mean there is an issue with the store and they closed temporarily but will be back open.

When did you place the order? Also, did you receive any tracking numbers or shipment links that you could use maybe?

We usually recommend first trying to contact the store directly by whatever means possible. You can actually reply directly to that Order Confirmation email you received and the store owner will receive it. I have placed the order on Monday it was a direct link from TikTok to buy a product.

I have only received an email where I could check that status of the order (attachments).

Please be advised that it appears your email address is visible in the screenshot, so you may wish to remove that image for privacy reasons.

That email is indeed the ‘Order Confirmation’ email that I mentioned in my previous reply. You can reply to that email and it will be sent straight to the store. I would recommend trying this first, and then allowing them a few days to respond to you. After that you could try other methods of contact as explained in the resource in my last reply.

Based on the details in the email it looks like this order was placed only 4 days ago, so it is very possible that the order will still arrive and is simply still in the fulfillment process. We usually suggest waiting 30 days - then after that if you have still not received the order or heard back from the store you should contact your bank/payment provider to discuss refund options.
