Why is my purchased theme not functioning correctly on Shopify?

Topic summary

Issue: A newly purchased Shopify theme from ThemeForest (Carafity Bamboo Handmade) worked for a week and then broke. Re-importing the same ZIP did not fix it. A store link was provided for reference.

Troubleshooting so far: Theme was reinstalled using the same files; behavior persists. The buyer suspects it might not be a Shopify configuration issue since it previously worked.

Advice given: Use the included 6‑month theme support from the theme vendor and contact the theme’s developers, as the symptoms point to a theme-related problem.

Open questions: The buyer asked if they can “restore the entire account” to ensure nothing is corrupting the import; the helper requested clarification on what “restore the account” means. No method for account restoration was detailed.

Status: Unresolved. Next action is to contact the theme’s support. Root cause remains undetermined.

Hello,

I’m new in Shopify sorry if im being newbie.

I’ve bought this theme on themeforest (https://themeforest.net/item/carafity-bamboo-handmade-shopify-theme/47716976) and installed it a week ago.

It worked fine until today, but now the theme seems to be broken.

I’ve already tried to import the theme again but it still with the same problems.

Ye i do.
This looks like a theme problem ? If u think so, i will do that.

Cause i’ve installed this theme a week ago with the same files and worked fine.
So I assumed that the problem was not related to the theme.

Thank your for your time.

You mentioned that you installed it a second time then it no longer works. From that, I think it’s a theme problem.

Yes i did.

But i used the same ZIP file both times.

Firs time it worked and now it isnt working anymore with the same files.

Can I restore the entire account? To ensure that nothing is somehow spoiling the import.

It looks like you’ll have to contact the people that made it. With regards to your question, what do you mean by restore the account?
