I did some digging and it looks like this error is happening due to an issue in our system, but we’re here to help you get it resolved. To do this, you will need to get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center, as I’m unable to provide account-specific support through the Community. When you connect with us through the Help Center, we’ll be able to check that the theme purchase went through in our system, and then walk you through the steps to activate the theme. We’re available 24/7 via live chat, callback, and email!
By the way, I wanted to ask whether you were new to Shopify and purchasing a theme for the first time, or if this would be a new theme for your existing store? With either scenario, if you’d like to share your URL with me, I’d be happy to take a look over your online store and provide some suggestions to improve your business.
