I reactivate dmy store after a year and have been getting minimal traffic and store is extremely slow and customer service is extremely hard to reach. I dont think shopifies website is reading my website when I log in to contact support.. I get shifted back to the login page over and over again to enter my information. i have to log into another website I own to reAch customer service to contact them not the own I need service on. since they have also worked on the wrong website du to this techincal errooor. So this is the last reort before I switch platforms. I have contacted tech support several times and they could not identify the problem. 1) when i reopeoned my store they did not tell me the CNAME had changed from

Should be pointing to
the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65
