For Shopify credit card locks this would be handled by our escalated accounts team. You will want to go through the escalation process that one of our live agents offered in order to have your account status looked into and any next potential steps. I’ve gone ahead and marked this reply as a solution for anyone in the future that happens to have a similar account lock so they can go through the proper steps as well.
