I created a store for a client and transferred ownership to them, as they opted for the basic plan offered by Shopify. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the referral payments reflected as pending in my payouts on the Shopify Partner dashboard. I have not received the corresponding payment.
Due to the client’s subscription to the basic Shopify account, I am entitled to receive $5 USD per month.
