I have ordered some clothes from MDS.store in October 2023 but I received an email from MDS on 31/10/2023 that my orders are flagged as high risk orders. My refund will be processed within 7 working days once Shopify releases my payment to them.
Although I have followed up numbers of email and messenger regards refund but MDS mention that they haven’t received payment from Shopify yet.
May I know what’s the reason Shopify doesn’t release payment to MDS since my payment is made on 30/10/2023.
Is it Shopify and MDS collaboration to cheat customer money?
It is already over 4months since the payment made.
