So I got a sale on nov 30, and ever since then the payout status has been stuck on pending, and I’m shutting my store down this weekend due to financial difficulties so I would of course like to get the payout from that sale before that. What do I do? Thanks

A payout with a Pending status may be due to a hold on your account. Another possibility is the transaction has been scheduled to be included in an upcoming payout, or has been included in an upcoming payout viewable from the payout schedule. Please note the date shown on the transaction page is the date the payout would begin processing, it may still take 1-3 business days to appear as a paid payout.
While I do not have visibility into your account here, I encourage you to contact our internal team through the Shopify Help Center. Our team will be able to investigate more thoroughly regarding the pending status.
