Can you share with me here a link to your store front please? Is this problem only happening from a specific region, browser, connection or device?
Usually with slow loading times, the problem can be pinpointed to excess coding slowing down loading times. Things like large product images, a lot of apps, videos or pop ups are common causes for store lag. Have you recently added or removed any apps? Or changed store theme/layout?
