It seems as if i have removed some code that enables a scrollbar when editing in the dawn theme configuration.
I have marked the scrollbar in red, it is visible however just not usable.

This seems to be a bug. This will be fixed by shopify. For now CTRL - is a quick fix. I zoomed out [CTRL -] to access the required section. For now CTRL - is a quick fix.
