Why is my SEO app not detecting page speed?

Hello to all,

I bought the Shopify app “Plug in SEO” for my web shop a month ago. In the start, it worked well and detect everything from complete SEO to broken links but now I am facing an issue with it. I am unable to detect the page speed of my web.

Please give me an authentic recommendation about this error. I will be very thankful to you.

@John6767 I would contact the app developers directly when you have a problem with an app, they’ll be in the best position to help you out. You should be able to find contact information in the app, or clicking the details on the app in your Apps page.

The first thing you have to do always when have problems with a purchased app is to contact app developers. They will audit your store and app and will let you know if there are problems with their app (and they have to fix that) or maybe there is another Shopify app on your store that causes issues due to incompatibility with this app or with your store.
