I am attempting to once again set up the SHOP channel. It shows my store as “inactive” due to no collections. My products are approved. But all my collections show as hidden. I have given up on this SHOP thing time after time, as there is no live help and no one can seem to figure it out. I thought I would try one last time. Any thoughts?

One thing I recommend checking is that your collections are made available to the Shop sales channel. You can view this help document to learn more about managing collection availability. - Use the Search Bar to look into your current issue, such as “Issue with shop channel” or “Request callback”
- Scroll down to where it says Get support and click Continue
- Choose one of the available support options
You’ll then be connected with a Support Advisor. You can explain your situation and they will look into your account with you to determine the issue and how to best get it resolved.
