Why is my Shopify admin account locked and how can I regain access?

I am creating a ticket here as SHOPIFY locked me out of my admin (paid subscription) since last month without any prior warning or email in advance and I still have no idea why?

I have emailed support about this and no help on the problem above

Now, I am losing my business as I cannot update products, customers, Tracking, Inventory management etc. and no one from support is providing any real support to fix this problem.

Shopify is ripping people off because a paying customer like myself should never be in this position. The only response so far seems to be an endless loop of links through the rabbit hole and I have never faced such an awful experience in the years I have been doing business online. We are paying you and yet we are losing customers and sales everyday.
Please respond immediately on why you locked me out and fix this problem right away.

Hi, @Nolly-B . I’m so sorry to hear that! Could you double-check your email inbox to be sure you have no emails from our team? You can search ‘Shopify’ too just to make sure! This should show you any emails from our team. It is also worth checking your spam folder in case your email provider has marked the email as spam.

Would you have any other email accounts you use with Shopify? It’s worth checking that too in case the email from our team has gone there instead! The email address our team will contact you on is the one you have listed as the account owner email in the admin.

Let me know if you can find that email!

I have searched all my email folders and there are no emails regarding locking my admin

The only notice emails I found were confirmation of my Monthly Subscription payment Total $47.77 USD which is still ongoing

I honestly cant phantom why you didnt just reply with solution in your reply above especially when you and your team know fully the situation and can easily resolve the matter. This is really unacceptable but what’s crucial now is to clarify why my admin is locked and provide quick resolution without any further delay.

Its completely a wrong business practice to let your customer keep loosing sales and customers as the day goes by while you are been paid your monthly subscription

Kindly provide solution asap so we can return back to our business

I have now received email from your team with solution
If I had known about this problem earlier then I wont have to go through been logged out of my admin for so long which affected our business

Anyways I can now access my admin
