I already had two tickets regarding this issue, but no solution was found. I have been told there is an issue on shopify’s end.

I am seeing this issue. i’ve been in contact with support a couple of times, only to be told that they are aware of the issue and will resolve it asap. I’m not that impressed to be honest.

Hey - have you found a solution? We are facing this issue for 2 weeks now end Shopify isn’t helpful at all. We changed cookie app it worked better for 1 day and now it’s back to 0 tracking.
