in the past couple of days when I select the ping icon it view my chats I get this screen? I’ve been using this feature for over a year so not sure why it’s saying I need to download. The chat feature is already installed and now because this screen comes up I can’t access my messages.
has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thank you for reaching out. That is strange. I did some digging and we don’t have any reports of this screen staying on a screen when using the Shopify Ping app.
Can I get you try to to uninstall the app and then reinstall the app from your device? Keep us posted if this helps!
