Why is my Shopify inbox not functioning properly?

all throughout today, i haven’t been able to view or reply to messages coming in via shopify inbox. i need help with this asap. All i get are this error messages first error message reads: Unable to load conversations

We are also experiencing this issue across the browser and mobile app.

We’re experiencing the same issues right now. Can’t access Shopify Inbox on web or mobile.

Also experiencing this issue for 48 hours now. Ready to uninstall the sales channel and replace it with something else. But we need access to the messages that have been sent in the past 48 hours in order to service those customers.
