Why is my Shopify page not loading?

We’re encountering the same problem. I’ve attempted the troubleshooting suggestions provided, but unfortunately, they didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve also checked the status page, which indicates that all systems are operational.

Hi! I ran into a very similar issue this morning while testing on Sabrina Carpenter Merch. The admin page showed:

“There’s a problem loading this page. Doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.”

It seems like a temporary glitch and only affected my test environment, not the live site. Here’s what helped me:

  1. Try reloading the page or opening it in an incognito window.

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies — sometimes old data prevents pages from loading.

  3. Check the status page of your hosting/platform to see if there’s an ongoing issue.

  4. If it persists, try accessing another page in your test store or logging out and back in.

This usually resolves the problem quickly. In the meantime, using a fresh browser session or another test environment can help continue development while waiting for a permanent fix.

Having the same issue, website intermittently drops out with “There’s a problem loading this website”. After a refresh or two it kicks back in.

Tried the website in incognito, still does it.

Restarted laptop, still does it.

Logged out and back in, still does it.

Having the same issue on two laptops, two iphones and an ipad.

Cleared all caches and history on every device, still does it. Not a device issue.

Cleared the cache on the website, still does it.

Disconnected the phones from the wifi, running on mobile data network, still does it. Not a WiFi issue.

Anyone any ideas, on how to sort this issue out as we are ultimately losing customers.
