We are required to review all Shopify Payments periodically to comply with various regulations. In two business days your payouts will either automatically be reinstated, or our team will get in touch with you if we need more information. Your customers can still check out on your store during this process.

If after 2 business days your payouts are still on hold and you haven’t received an update, you can get in touch with our live support team through the Help Center and we can look into the status of your review.
