I have similiar problem, they holded my payment for ID verification which i proofed and waited for 3 weeks for activation again.
After that baaaaaaaam. another notification another holding… They were asking for “how im fullfilling my orders” which i sent more than 40 product to my customers and already arrived and im still waiting more than 1 months right now and there is no solution.
