Why is my Shopify refund still pending after several weeks?

I’ve edited an order to cancel and refund some items to a customer but the refund is still pending after several weeks. It says:

Refund your customer €X
This order was edited and you need to refund your customer.

It gives no option to do it. And I’ve done other refunds and cancellations normally afer that.

I would suggest in this case to reach out directly to our support, since I cannot authenticate you for the store in question, I am unable to look further into the order that you have received. To reach out to our support, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor about refunding your customer.

Note: When you login to your store using the Contact Us page, you will redirected to the Help Center - type in what you would like to get assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support that will display below the search results.
