To reach out to our support, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor about refunding your customer.
Note: When you login to your store using the Contact Us page, you will redirected to the Help Center - type in what you would like to get assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support that will display below the search results.
