hello. I am, new to shopify. my 3 days trial subscription ended yesterday. Shopify emailed me that i paid for the subscription but my bank account tells me that the amount is on hold. I don’t understand it. Someone please help me.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Just to gather some additional context, did you happen to contact your bank about the charge being placed on hold? I am just trying to make sure I understand the situation correctly.
If your bank has put a hold on the payment to Shopify, my suggestion would be to speak to your bank about the charge. They may be available to allow the charge and you get access to your online store once the charge has been completed.
