Transferred my domain from squarespace to shopify but now my site is down. Cannot edit dns settings heres a screen shot from my side.
headlokusa.com works but www.headlokusa.com is down.

When did you start transfer process?
Yesterday but Shopify said that if your site was already connected it would still work during the transfer.
which domain was previously active?
@Headlok And which domain you you add recently[from squarespace ]? Is that the same domain? If yes, it will take time to transfer the domain from squarespace to shopify.
As per official documentation, it can take 15-20 days to complete the domain transfer process. Usually it is complete in 24-28hr as per my experiance.

I think the www.headlokusa.com one but I have no idea why there are two? One with www. And one without.

Its normal to have the two domains[with www and without www]. This is standard in shopify.
For now, you can select "headlokusa.com " and try to make it primary
thanks so much for your help I will give it a few days. Switching primary domain didnt work when searching in google for my site.
talked to a representative and there was an error on my account. After he fixed this my site worked fine.
