Hey, @juliapadula ! Welcome to Shopify Community!
We can tell from the error message that comes up when we visit your website that your domain is causing your website to be inaccessible. Since this is the case, the appropriate next step is to investigate your domain. I inspected your domain using the public domain database, Who.is, and I see you have multiple A records. This is likely the reason why your domain is not working as expected.
To fix your domain, you need to remove the A records that are irrelevant to Shopify and leave the one pointing to our IP address, specifically the A record with the value 23.227.38.74. In order for your domain to work properly, it needs to only have the Shopify A record and a CNAME record that points to shops.myshopify.com, which you already have.
If your domain is a Shopify domain, you can follow the steps on this page to edit your DNS settings and remove the A records in question. If you’re using a third-party domain, you can contact your domain provider for assistance with updating your domain’s DNS settings. The A records that need to be removed are the following:
Please note domains take up to 48 hours to propagate or update after changes are done to them, so there’s a chance your website may still be inaccessible after correcting the DNS settings. To make your website accessible while waiting for the domain to be fixed, I suggest setting your myshopify URL as the primary domain for the time being. You can do this by following the steps on this page.
