It is a really great idea what @KetanKumar has mentioned regarding contacting our live support team which I am glad you have done.
We always try to provide help over the Community but with your particular issue, we do not have access to the back end information of your account which is why we refer you to start a ticket with our live team as they are the ones who have access to such information.
