It was brought to my attention that my site is unavailable for some reason. Behind the scenes it seem to look like it works, but when you try to access site it comes up as unavailable. How do we fix it.
Hi @jay416
Glad to help you today.
If your Shopify store is unavailable, it may be due to a number of reasons, including:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There may be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you are unsure why your store is unavailable, please contact Shopify Support for further assistance.
I hope the above is useful to you.
Best regards,
GemPages Support Team
I tried your suggestions , but still having problems with my site.
is it possible to have someone call me?
Hi @jay416 ,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble.
To provide the best advice possible, can you confirm if your storefront is showing a ‘This store is unavailable’ error? I’d be happy to help steer you in the right direction to receive assistance with this!
Have you received any email correspondence from one of our teams here at Shopify? Usually, when there is an issue with a store, we will email the Account Owner, who will include details of the problem and possible ways to resolve it. If you haven’t checked already, I would advise checking your email inbox (including junk/spam folders) and replying to that email. That will be your direct line to the team handling this and is where you can direct any further queries you may have.
If you haven’t heard anything from our team yet, I encourage you to contact our support team using this link here. We can collect any relevant information from you and also have a closer look at your account. Please let me know if you are having trouble contacting our team, and I would be happy to help further.
