Hi Naqeeb!

If you recently updated your domain DNS information to point to Shopify it can take up to 48 hours for the SSL to finish setting up.

You will want to make sure you have the correct DNS information added to the domain as well. You can find the steps for that in our Help Center here: Connecting a third-party domain to Shopify.
